OPTION 1: Accessing the framework agreement

STEP 1

Engage with LCRIG to understand the aims of the framework.

STEP 2

Sign an access agreement with LCRIG. You will then be given access to all the documents that you need to call off from the Framework.

STEP 3

You will have the option of managing a secondary competition and seeking priced submissions from a number of appointed Suppliers or via a direct call off with a single Supplier.

STEP 4

Following the issue of a Works Order under the Framework you will be responsible for managing the appointed Contractor responsible for delivering the works.

STEP 5

You will gather data and report performance to the Framework Manager against the relevant framework performance measures

STEP 6

You commit to carrying out a “lessons learnt” review on completion of a Work Order and will share the lessons with the Framework Manager for subsequent distribution amongst other parties to the Framework
